Transfer of Title

Title to the products in your order will be transferred to you when the products leave the Supplier’s warehouse and are delivered to the carrier for shipment to an address designated by you in the order. All liabilities and risks to the products will also be transferred to you upon the delivery of the products to the carrier. By placing an order on this Site, you authorize the Supplier and hairwedo.shopify.com to engage third party shipping services on your behalf.

Return policy

Our goal is to provide services that benefit all our customers. We hope you are satisfied with your every purchase. In some cases, you may want to return some items. Please read the return policy below and we will try our best to help you.

Returnable goods
Refundable / refundable or exchangeable within the warranty period
Items shall comply with the following standards:

1. Defective items damaged / damaged or soiled upon arrival.
2. The size / color of the goods received is incorrect.
*Return without reason within 7 days
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product and the product is still in a new state, we can arrange a refund. You will be responsible for paying the return freight. Please submit the "return or exchange" ticket within 7 days after receiving the order.
Note: goods that can be returned / refunded within 7 days after receipt must meet the following standards:
1. The goods are in the original packaging with labels.
2. The article is in a new state: unwashed, undamaged, unused and unchanged.

Non returnable items
We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Items beyond the warranty period.
2. Wash, wear, use, remove labels or abused items.
*Customer reasons: no longer needed, bought wrong, did not meet expectations, changed his mind, etc

Force Majeure

hairwedo.com shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the obligations in relation to the items, services and/or Site if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

a. fire, act of God, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, tempest, accident or other natural disaster;
b. war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
c. acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
d. import or export regulations or embargoes;
e. strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;
f. difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery faced by us or suppliers; or
g. telecommunication, transportation, power supply, or system disturbances or failures, or breakdown in machinery resulting in the impossibility of the use of any of the aforementioned

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
