We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs that have been worn or altered
  • Hair accessories and products that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined in the Return Process.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
